Delivery and Returns

This Return and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product delivery and the process for returning items. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

1.1. Shipping Locations: For all orders a flat fee of £4.89 applies, while orders exceeding £50 enjoy FREE delivery to UK addresses. Please note that shipping prices to addresses off the UK mainland may vary.

1.2. Delivery Timeframe: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, typically ranging from 3-7 working days

 

1.4. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number through which you can track the status of your shipment until it reaches your address.

 

1.6. Failed Delivery Attempts: If our shipping partners attempt delivery but are unable to reach you, they may leave a delivery notification. It is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery or pickup following their instructions.

 

Return Policy:

2.1. Eligible Items: We accept returns for most products within 14  working days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

 

2.3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team via Info@sewingkits.net to inform them about the return.

 

2.4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item back to Sewing Kits Ltd. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

2.5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 5 working days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order is already in transit, you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the item.

If you wish to return an item within 14 days or change your mind about your purchase, don’t worry, you can still do so. However, please be aware that in this case, you will be responsible for covering the delivery charge fees.
